A: This pump is for a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine.
Q: Is this a normal round oring?	8/4/2024
A: No, this is not a normal off the shelf o-ring. The outer shape is still round, but the edges are squared off. I dont know why Cummins did it this way when so many other water pump gaskets are normal o-rings.
Q: My 6BT engine is leaking oil between the valve cover and the cylinder head. Will this gasket solve my problem?	8/4/2024
A: Yes, this seal fits between the cylinder head and the valve cover, so it should solve your problem. And it should be a fairly easy repair, if you can get to it.
